Updating your forwarding address

How to manage where your mail is forwarded to

Need to change where your mail is sent?

Start by logging in to your account here.

To change the email address you received scanned mail to

  1. Click 'My Details' on the Customer Dashboard
  2. Under 'Email Addresses', enter your new email address in the primary field
  3. Click 'Update Details' at the bottom of the page

⚠️Updating your email address here will change the email address we send all communications to, including marketing emails, filing reminders, etc.

To change your forwarding address where we send your physical mail

  1. Click 'My Services & Renewals' on the Customer Dashboard
  2. Click 'Details' next to the address service you want to update the forwarding address for
  3. Click the pencil icon next to 'Forwarding Address' and enter the new address

⚠️If you want to update the forwarding address for more than one address service you have with us, you must repeat the above steps for each address service.
