How to Pay Using Your Account Balance

If you have credit on your Rapid Formations account, you can use it as a payment method when checking out. Here's how it works.

Using your account balance at checkout

Your account balance can be applied to any eligible purchase made through the Customer Portal. To use it, you simply need to be logged in to your account at the time of checkout.

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Add the service or product you wish to purchase to your cart

  3. Proceed to checkout

  4. At the payment stage, select 'Account Balance' as your payment method

  5. Complete your order as normal

If your account balance covers the full cost of your order, no additional payment will be required.

If your balance isn’t enough to cover the full amount of the order, you’ll need to make a Payment on Account first to ensure the exact funds are available.

Checking your account balance

You can view your current account balance at any time on the right-hand side of your Customer Dashboard once logged in.
