# How to cancel your services

## If you need to cancel a service, our Cancellations Team is here to help

### When should I cancel?

If you no longer require a service, please contact us before your service renewal date. We will send you a reminder email 7 days before any renewal is due, so you have plenty of time to get in touch if you wish to cancel.
