# How to request a refund
## Here’s what you need to know about requesting a refund
### Am I eligible for a refund?
If you have had a change of heart after making a purchase, we are happy to assist with a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- You request the refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase
- We have not yet started working on your order
If both of these apply, please get in touch with our Refunds Team and we will guide you through the process.
### How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our Refunds Team directly by phone:

Our team will confirm whether your request is eligible and provide you with all the guidance and support you need to proceed.

### How long does a refund take?
Once your refund request has been confirmed, it will take between 3 and 5 working days for the money to be returned to the account you used to make the original payment.
This timescale is outside our control and is determined by your card issuer's payment processes.
💡 If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, please let us know. We can confirm whether your refund has been accepted by your bank and help resolve any delays.
