# How to check your eligibility

## Find out about the requirements to use our company formation service

### 1. Confirm Age and Status

- **Age Requirement**: We can only form companies for individuals **over the age of 18**.
- **Status**: We can only form companies for natural persons - i.e. **people**. We cannot support the formation of subsidiaries where another legal entity acts as a shareholder.

### 2. Confirm Your Country of Residence

We can only form companies for people who live in certain countries. Check if your country is eligible here:
