# What is Rapid Check?
## Our free expert check that helps your company formation application get accepted first time.
Rapid Check is our free pre-submission review. Before your company formation application goes to Companies House, one of our experts checks it for the mistakes that cause rejections. It's included in every Rapid Formations company formation package.
### Why we do it
Around 10% of online applications are rejected by Companies House, usually because of small, avoidable mistakes. A typo in a director's name, a company name that needs supporting evidence, or missing share details is enough to send an application back. Each rejection adds delay.
Rapid Check catches these issues before they reach Companies House, so your application is more likely to be accepted first time and your company formed faster.
### What we check
Our team looks at the details you've entered in your application, including your company name, officer and shareholder information, registered office address and share structure. If we spot something that could cause a rejection, we'll correct it or contact you if we need more information.
The review covers the information in your application form. It doesn't extend to checking any documents you upload, so please make sure those are complete and accurate before you submit.
### What it costs
Nothing. Rapid Check is included in all of our company formation packages. You don't need to add it to your order.
### When it happens
Once you've submitted your application and completed ID verification, your order passes to our submissions team for Rapid Check. You can follow progress in your order tracker, where your application will move from pre-submission to "Submitted to Companies House" and then to "Incorporated".
### What if Companies House still rejects my application?
It's rare once an application has been through Rapid Check, but if it happens we'll fix the issue or contact you for the information we need, then resubmit at no extra cost.
