Registration of a UK Limited Company
All packages include the legal incorporation of a UK limited company. We’ll officially register your company name with Companies House, and you’ll receive a Company Registration Number.
Companies House ID Verification
Since 18 November 2025, all directors and shareholders holding more than 25% of a company must complete identity verification with Companies House and obtain a personal verification code.
If you form your company through 1st Formations, we’ll handle this process on your behalf.
Company Documents
You’ll receive a full set of official incorporation documents, including your Certificate of Incorporation, Share Certificates, and Articles of Association. These are all emailed to you once your company is formed.
💡We don't provide Companies House Model Articles; instead, we provide our own Generic Limited by Shares articles, suitable for private limited companies.
